Split Rock Dam - Manilla / Barraba. NSW

Split Rock Dam was Constructed in 1987 for irrigation.
It has a water storage capacity of 397 370 mega litres, a surface area of 2150 hectares and a maximum depth of 60 meters.

Fish Present
Murray Cod, Golden Perch, Silver Perch, Eel-Tailed Catfish and carp.
Stocked Fish
Murray Cod, Golden Perch and Silver Perch.

Boating
There are no boating restrictions on Split Rock Dam. A no boating zone exists around dam wall.
Public boat ramp provided.

Camping
Camping is permitted at pulbic reserve 20 km north of Manilla. Take Oakhampton turnoff from Fossickers Way.
Camping also permitted at Glenriddle Reserve on northern shore.
Hotel / motel accomodation in Manilla and Barraba.
